Cultural programme featuring performances by differently-abled youngsters

Marking the founding anniversary of Club for Disabled Female, a cultural programme was held recently at the hall room of the club in the district town. Community Centre for Handicapped (CCH) organised the programme.

Human being

At present I do not look only at natural beauty
Behind the scene I seek faces of human beings
Sweat-laden faces of labourious men
In the Sun they dazzle like an open sword

For Golden Days

In pursuit of golden days
We wait in anticipation
When we'll become great patriot.
No file will be held by red-tape.

This Life

Standing at the rim of death, many a days
You didn’t talk to me, didn’t laugh.
I hear the sound of your life
With your voice, do you know?

Laughter

Some laughter are like swords
They pierce through some hearts
Nobody can see that hidden bleeding
It bleeds unnoticed, incessantly.

When I was reborn

When I as reborn
I recollected everything as before
When I was taken out from the womb of my mother
At the labour room of the hospital

Tonight

Tonight a love-poem
Shall be written
Tonight incessant shower
Will flood the sky
Tonight in my fingers

I will

Whatever happens to me
I'll convert myself into ashes.
I'll become cloud in the sky
Be a moon covered with mist

These eyes

These eyes are of dancing bird
These eyes are beautiful and frolicking
These eyes are melodies of dream

The Ant

There was no need, but still we knew
Saving was practical.
For a few moments let me hold you here,
Later the loss and profit can be considered, dear.
Thinking thus, an ant with amazed eyes,
